2 cl White Rum
4 cl Brown Rum
2 cl Overproof Rum (eg. Myers’s, Wray & Nephew)
2 cl Apricot Brandy
2 cl Lime juice
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
Put in shaker and shake well (with ice) until sugar has dissolved.
Pour over ice cubes (1-2 shovels) into a large granity glass.
Fill up with half/half orange and pineapple juice
Pour in 1 cl Banana Liqueur (eg. Pisang Ambon)
Garnish with pineapple and cherry, serve with straw.
